If any of the items are out of stock or on backorder, we will cancel the pre-authorization and get in touch with you via email. However, if everything is in stock and ready for immediate shipment, we will proceed with processing your payment and shipping your order within the next 3 business days.
At Vanity In Style, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. That's why we offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Once we receive your order and process your payment, we will begin processing your shipment within 3 business days. We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you, so we will provide you with a tracking number within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If there is damage to the packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt before signing for the package. It is important to note that in order for us to process a replacement or refund for a damaged item, we must receive notification within 48 hours of receipt of the package. This allows us to quickly resolve the issue and get a replacement product shipped out to you as soon as possible.

If your order has already shipped, we will still cancel it but a 15% restocking fee will be charged, and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, in new and unused condition, and in good working order.
